Property and I go back a long way. I’ve been lucky enough to have many years of experience in the property industry at all levels and working for clients and giving advice to people who value my knowledge, expertise and honesty. I believe in marketing and not just putting on the market. I\'ve been lucky enough to see estate agency conducted brilliantly and had the misfortune of seeing the fall out when it isn\'t. My career has taken me to all aspects of the industry. The hard coal face of negotiation, the highs and lows of business ownership, rebranding, staff retention, creating systems and processes, software migrations, integrations and training - I like to learn and help others and support their growth in-company, but I also love liaising with the general public and offering a high level of customer service.
