Major Responsibilities:• Manage deployment services RFI/RFP efforts ensuring compliance to customer requirements and adherence to company business practices• Respond to RFP’s/RFI’s/RFQ’s issued by government entities and higher education institutions • Collaborate with Business Development Manager & Sales to put together appropriate responses RFI/RFP • Develop deployment project plans, schedules, deliverables etc. for proposal efforts • Write, edit and deliver clear, concise, consistent and responses to RFI/RFP questions & requirements• Work directly with customer in conjunction with Sales to facilitate understanding of requirements• Drive and follow up on Proposal activities to ensure complete customer evaluation of deployment services proposals, including customer clarifications, identified deficiencies, or other related activities.
