ABOUT CHRIS BREWER

I’ve spent the majority of my career working alongside manufacturers to turn complexity into clarity and help teams move from good ideas to real, measurable results on the shop floor. What motivates me most is seeing strategy actually work in practice, from better schedules and smoother execution to fewer surprises and greater confidence in the systems people rely on every day.Today, I lead Siemens Digital Manufacturing Solutions at ATS Americas, helping manufacturers apply solutions like APS, MES, QMS, and supply chain technologies in ways that truly fit their operations. Alongside overseeing our APS delivery team, I focus on guiding broader digital transformation efforts and making sure technology decisions are practical, scalable, and aligned with real business priorities.At the core of my work is a belief that technology only succeeds when people do. I care deeply about building strong teams, mentoring consultants, and working collaboratively with customers as true partners rather than just implementers. I’m most proud of the moments when a customer gains confidence, a team member grows into a new role, or a complex problem finally clicks.Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad who values family, faith, and showing up for the people around me. Those same values shape how I lead, how I collaborate, and how I define success, not just by hitting targets, but by helping others win along the way.
