Serves as point of contact for companies exploring JobsOhio incentives to support capital investment and job creation-Presents projects to JobsOhio project team to recommend and negotiate incentive packages to help win projects-Takes lead in coordinating site visits with company officials, local stakeholders, and JobsOhio for companies conducting site selection due diligence to establish new business operations-Works with company officials post-execution to facilitate JobsOhio protocol, incentive agreements, reporting, and reimbursement process-Assembles and conducts regional economic overview presentations at site visits-Leads and implements Business Retention and Expansion strategy for project team keeping group accountable to meet BRE KPIs-Conducts business, retention, and expansion visits with regional companies and local economic development community to understand opportunities for future growth, mitigate challenges, and generate project leads-Serves as point of contact for JobsOhio Small Business grant program assisting companies through the agreement process and implementing overall marketing strategy for program-Stays current on market trends regarding JobsOhio targeted sectors including Advanced Manufacturing, Defense, Information Technology, Bio-health, Automotive segments, etc-Serves as board member for I-70/75 Development Association and NAIOP Dayton-Active member of OEDA, I-70/75 Development Association, Dayton Defense, NAIOP Dayton, Technology First-Pursuing Defense Education Certificate from Wright State University-Works with Executive Vice President of Investor Relations to generate private investment funding for DDC.
