We are a memorable retail experience offering women\'s apparel, accessories, home decor, gifts, furniture, bath and body products, and much more! In this role, I oversee all aspects of the business, including buying and merchandising, sales and customer service, staff management, and financial performance. We create a unique, customer-centered shopping experience, curate a large product variety, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction to drive business growth and success. Additional responsibilities and accomplishments include- Develop and implement the store vision, business plan, marketing strategies, and budget - Understand market trends, customer preferences, product release dates, and profitability when purchasing inventory - Hire, train, manage and lead team - Implement a strong online presence, including 3 weekly live shopping shows - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail - Coordinate events, including our Christmas release event, anniversary events, and customer appreciation events
