WV, US

Berkshire Hathaway Great Expectations Realty has grown to be the second most successful Real Estate company in Kanawha County, and ranks #3 in the five-county MLS. Great Expectations thrived as an independent brand before accepting a franchising opportunity in August 2016 with one of the world\'s most recognizable brand, Berkshire Hathaway. As a broker with a strong background in marketing, Cheri immediately understood the tremendous advantages that a national brand like Berkshire Hathaway Home Services could bring to their clients. The company\'s tools, training and networking opportunities continue to propel growth at the company. The very hard-working, competitive and professional agents at BHHS-GER are the best in the valley at getting our customers\' properties SOLD! They are the core of the steady, solid growth of the company. With a family-friendly culture, the 35+ REALTORS work hard to deliver on the Expect More! Brand promise.Using Cheri\'s marketing background, and the legal background of her partner and husband, Mike Callaghan (Broker), the company services the Kanawha Valley and Greenbrier Valley markets, as well as growing operations in the Beckley and Huntington markets. They expect to take the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services brand throughout the state. With the expectation of growing statewide, the company has nurtured a professional brokerage support staff, an essential ingredient of the operation.
