About Cheri Judkins

Over the course of my 20+ year career at Harley-Davidson, Alta Resources, and Lands\' End, I’ve developed a specialized skill set in the areas of training and development, learning management, and customer experience. In addition, I’m an experienced change agent with a proven ability to implement innovative policies that increase revenue, reduce costs, and support strategic objectives. I also possess outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills that make me a highly effective leader, team builder, trainer, and mentor. One of my greatest strengths is optimizing the customer experience to strengthen existing client relationships while simultaneously driving growth in emerging business areas. Furthermore, I’m extremely detail-oriented, which allows me to efficiently manage operating budgets, allocate resources utilization, and deliver completed projects on-time and budget. A few of my accomplishments include: Launching a call center for a major automobile manufacturer in Florida. Directing our experiential training program,\"Back to the Track\" resulting in better riding ability and increased sales. Achieving 422% and 288% increase in new product course completion and unique students, respectively, year-over-year. Spearheading the launch of the Harley-Davidson University (HDU) Strategic Guiding Principles and governance structure.
