ABOUT CHELSEA ANDREWS

Hello, I’m Chelsea Andrews, and I’m passionate about driving meaningful change through nonprofit leadership, community advocacy, and global program development. Over the past decade, I’ve collaborated with organizations focused on expanding access to education, healthcare, and local impact initiatives—always with a lens on equity and sustainability. My journey has taken me from colleges and universities across the U.S. to the Middle East, where I worked on multi-faith and geopolitical programming. In my home state of Indiana, I supported national afterschool programs for children in lower-income areas. Whether it’s supporting K–12 educators, creating international learning opportunities for university students, or co-building health programs with local leaders, I thrive on building partnerships that lead to lasting impact.Today, I serve as Programs and Partnerships Manager at KeraLink International, where we’re working to prevent and treat corneal blindness in low- and middle-income countries. From supporting frontline screeners in India with training and resources to detect and respond to eye infections, to facilitating hands-on workshops for doctors in Nepal, to advancing global alliances for equitable eye care—our work blends technology, trust, and human-centered design to expand access for the people who need it most.My background also includes advocating for women’s healthcare, particularly in the prevention of gender-based violence and access to essential services. I’m currently a member of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness Gender Equity Working Group, where I collaborate with peers to promote inclusion and representation in the eye health space.Let’s connect—whether to talk nonprofit strategy, global health equity, or how we can scale community-based solutions together.
