I am Special Counsel in the Employment and Labour team and the Health and Safety team at Dentons, based in the Auckland office. I provide strategic advice across the full spectrum of employment law, including employment agreements, workplace policies, personal grievances, restructuring and reorganisations, bullying and harassment, performance management, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations. I also specialise in health and safety law, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular experience in negotiating and advising on accepted enforceable undertakings. I regularly represent clients in proceedings before the Employment Relations Authority, the District Court and the Employment Court.I have acted in complex and high-profile litigation, including landmark claims before the Employment Court on contractual mistake and the legality of an employer mandated vaccination policy.In 2021 I was recognised by NZ Lawyer as a rising star.
