Investor, operator, board member. I’ve worked across all three roles, and I bring that full picture to every engagement. My experience spans early-stage tech to listed industrial groups, with a particular focus on VC secondaries - working both buy and sell side to help funds and shareholders navigate liquidity and portfolio transitions.Current roles include Non-executive Director at Envipco (Euronext Oslo Børs) and Venture Partner at Washington D.C based Starbridge Venture Capital. Through my own firm Albion Invest, I advise VC funds and portfolio companies on governance, secondary transactions, and strategic transitions.Most recently I served as Interim CEO at Collaxio AB (Nasdaq First North), a listed investment company focused on acquiring portfolios of private company investments, a role at the intersection of listed company governance and VC secondaries. Over nine months I led a strategic transformation following a reverse acquisition, including new ownership structure, investment mandate, team, and IR, and completed the company’s second portfolio acquisition.My work spans secondaries, investments, advisory, and board mandates. I draw on experience from both sides of the table - with a genuine passion for innovation, governance, and collaboration.
