I bring to the table skills that can only be acquired over years of experience in the financial services industry. Since obtaining my CPA license in 1984, I have worked for firms that are both locally based all the way up to internationally based firms. I have served as a with two international CPA firms and as a partner with the national firm of BDO USA and have had two of my own CPA firms that I started and later sold. Whether this is the first time that you are purchasing or selling a business and related commercial property, I can guide you through the process and make it as painless and stressfree as possible no matter what side of a transaction you may be on. I work hard to ensure that the process helps my clients navigate the complex nature of the market whether it be main street or M&A size transactions.
