At Revcord, my role transitioned from Sales Associate to Sales Engineer, up to Product Manager, where I harnessed my business acumen from Texas State University studies to navigate the complex tech landscape. My expertise in AI and data analytics were instrumental in developing products that meet market needs. Founding Neural Navigators, I embraced the challenge of innovating within the AI space. This venture, built on perseverance and strategic insights, will become a testament to my dedication to pioneering solutions and driving growth in emerging technologies and most importantly establishing a good relationship between human and AI.

   This past year has been a transformative journey with Neural Navigators, a venture I initially launched in April 2023, paused in April 2024, and restarted in September 2024. The experience has been both educational and rewarding, providing invaluable insights into the complexities of building and sustaining a business in the AI space.One key lesson I’ve learned is that every stage of business development brings its own set of challenges. From strategic decision-making to managing operations, each hurdle taught me something new. But with each challenge, there also came opportunities for innovation, growth, and discovery.I’ve also come to understand the importance of perseverance. Starting a business requires more than just a vision—it demands unwavering dedication. Throughout the journey, there were long hours, difficult decisions, and constant learning curves, but staying committed to the core mission has always been critical.Although I specialize in AI, I’ve found that human connection is the most important thing in life. Trust-based connections with customers, partners, and collaborators have been at the heart of progress. These relationships not only make the day-to-day smoother but also open up new opportunities for growth, new relationships, as well as new ideas. As I restart Neural Navigators, I’m approaching this new chapter with renewed energy and a wealth of lessons learned. The past year has given me a clearer understanding of adaptability, leadership, and the balance between innovative technology and sound business strategy.Looking ahead, I’m excited about what the future holds for Neural Navigators and am fully committed to applying these lessons to create impactful AI solutions.
