The ESM role is truly a unicorn role. Consistently work with other lines of business when it comes to potential client projects. These projects consist of scoping with a customer on any given Netwrix product such as: Netwrix Access Analyzer, Directory Manager, Netwrix Threat Manager or Netwrix Threat Prevention. Creating a Statement Of Work (SOW) for the customer based on that needs or asks of the customer. Constant collaboration with our sales team to make we are aligned and on the same page to help deliver needs to the customer. I also collaborate with our Professional Services team when it comes to product questions, custom use cases or any additional information that can help the customer. Documentation, customer updates, working with Netwrix legal team are just a few other tasks that are part of the ESM role.Completed Azure (AZ-900) tools for managing & deploying resources online (Udemy) April 2025
