Dynamic Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, including structural and highway design as well as inspection projects for public agencies such as PennDOT, PATPK, DRJTBC, DRPA, NJDOT and NJTPK. Project Manager responsible for managing projects, from concept to completion, which have ranged in value from $1.2 M to $190M. Proficient in the design and rehabilitation of steel and concrete structures, including simple and continuous steel girder and P/S concrete box beam bridges. Seasoned bridge inspection team leader, having performed in-depth inspections and ratings on numerous structure types in addition to serving as lead structural engineer on multiple underwater bridge inspections. Skilled in underwater inspection of a variety of substructure types (i.e. cast-in-place concrete and stone masonry substructure units) founded on a variety of surfaces (i.e. soils, piles and bedrock). Experienced in leading hydrographic survey teams and performing sonar imaging utilizing the Kongsberg MS scanning sonar system.
