Responsible for project planning and monitoring of large Heavy Commercial, Medical, Industrial, and Renewable Energy construction projects.\\\\n\\\\nProject #1: This project consisted of a new 15kV state of the art automated central utility plant to support the expansion and future expansion of an existing and major private hospital campus. The project also included the construction of a new seven story patient tower. The project was built under an IPD agreement in which Cummings Electrical was a partner in construction, design, and 3/D / Hyperlinked modeling.\\\\n\\\\nProject #2: refrigerated warehouse, three separate supporting structures, and 80 acres of site utility and distribution development.\\\\n\\\\nProject #3: EPSS Upgrade: Replace an outdated, existing 8MW 480V central utility plant with a new 24MW 13.2kV automated central utility plant for an existing major Dallas hospital. Some challenges.working closely with the facility’s maintenance staff… maintaining a reliable system during a utility upgrade…maintaining a reliable distribution system on a fully functional campus while transferring loads from existing equipment to new temporary equipment to new permanent distribution equipment… maintaining a reliable system during functional testing…all with minimal disruption to the hospital, hospital staff, and patients.\\\\n\\\\nProject #4 - 300 MW 138kV /25kV Open Air Substation for a major Data Campus.\\\\n\\\\nProject #5 Summary – A large design/build/model expansion project which includes the expansion of a 138kV/15kV open-air substation with additional site and utility improvements…a central utility plant with a 15kV M/T/M 1200A metal clad distribution board with closed transition ATO…7 – 3,750kVA 15kV-277Y/480V substations for numerous power distribution panels and loads…numerous 480V-120Y/208V substations for LV panelboards and loads…a code compliant Fire Alarm System…all to serve a multi-use manufacturing building and 7 story tower…\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
