Transformational educator and leader with a Ph.D. and over two decades of experience in leadership, organizational behavior, and human resource development. My experience as a Senior Naval Science Instructor and former U.S. Navy Executive Advisor to senior Flag Officers has shaped a leadership philosophy rooted in service, discipline, and lifelong learning.My passion lies in teaching online and in person courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership Studies, and Applied Management, where I foster engagement through case studies, reflection, and collaborative problem solving.
