Lead, coach and develop a team of 9 Talent Acquisition Managers and 5 Executive Recruiters responsible for corporate and executive hiring across AT & T,(US based employees) Create recruitment strategies to meet complex hiring demands Oversee end to end recruiting processes to promote AT & T’s brand to ensure positive candidate experience Developed and implemented internal hiring process for corporate positions Track recruiting metrics and drive actions based on trends/insights Build proactive pipelines for critical roles, manage talent mapping for executive roles Manage Executive Referral process for all VP and above referrals (including Board Members) Deliver resource training for surplus employees, mentoring session training on Career Path, resume writing and enhanced interview skills Develop and present Lunch and Learn sessions for BU leaders and their teams. Comply with all regulatory/legal requirements and AT & T policies. Ensure all policies and procedures and audit remain compliant Created and implemented internal hiring process reducing hiring (time to select) cycle by 25% as well as freeing up recruiters to focus on sourcing and hiring exception external talent.
