ABOUT CHANTELLE LAMOUREUX
Altogether, I have been with Canadian Tire for about 11 years. I grew up in Canadian Tire and was surrounded by it from a very young age. After high school, I went to Sheridan College and graduated with honours to become an Esthetician. I worked at a few spas and loved my time in Esthetics but always wanted something more. After 5 years in the beauty industry, I went to George Brown College for Event Planning and Business Management, graduated with honours and fell in love with the Hospitality industry. After 5 years of being in events and owning my own company, COVID hit in 2020 and unfortunately I had to close the doors to Lamoureux Events Inc. It was a sad time, but led me back to Canadian Tire in September of 2020. I started as a Logistics Manager in Kitchener in an F box store and fell back in love with Canadian Tire. I knew after an only a few days of being back, that I wanted to start on the path to become a Dealer. From Kitchener ON to Drumheller AB to Edmonton AB to Gander/Lewisporte NL to Yarmouth NS, it’s been a whirlwind but I couldn’t be happier. I feel Canadian Tire had always been my dream since I was a little kid, I had some other stops along the way and gained some wonderful external experience while I was exploring other options in life. Owning my own business was extraordinary and I am now working towards owning my own Canadian Tire one day soon.
