Increased output by at least 2 million some months from switching 24/7 to24/5 Created an upgraded training curriculum in collaboration with the WCO Manager and LeadSupervisor that increased trainee success rate from 33% to 50% overall with some classes up to a75% success rate and produced more skilled operators Participated in customer audits as well as the start of the facility earning the BRC certification
