He is also a trusted and influential advisor to C-suite executives to improve top-line & bottom-line performance, and drive business transformations/development through innovations. Frank works with Delta Faucet Company (DFC) and is based in DFC global headquarters in Indianapolis. He is responsible for developing corporate strategy, M&A strategy, managing M&A pipeline, and due diligence to enable DFC to realize profitable growth.Prior to joining DFC, Frank was a management consultant with Strategy Service Line under Deloitte Consulting. He managed teams partnering with clients in the industries of consumer-packaged goods, automotive, and sports apparel on engagements of digital transformation, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, retailer business transition/performance optimization, and PMO.Frank holds an M.B.A. from Stephen M. Ross School of Business, the University of Michigan, and B.A in Supply Chain Management (High Distinction) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University).
