Cross team tech lead across 3 teams(Leading 3 teams) in HMRC Making Tax Digital project. Responsibilities include having frequent calls with Tech leads, Architects, DSM’s, PM’s and BA’s from both teams i.e, both frontend and backend(HMRC) to make sure data we display to tax payers/agents is right and also responsible for designing(where appropriate) solutions. Also responsible for scaling, Performance testing services which will be soon expected to receive volumes of 400k users. Dealing with Live issues and escalating them appropriately until they are addressed. Also, responsibility includes to properly debug and fix issues. If it’s not our teams issue we raise it with relevant team to resolve. As a technical lead of the team, responsible for making sure Jira stories bought into sprint are clear with functional and technical specifications. Primarily responsible for delivering the stories in sprint and make sure we achieve sprint goal. Support and help team whenever needed to unblock them. Also doing the regular development activities mentioned as part of previous role.
