At Sempra (a public company with $11+ Billion in Revenue/yr and 40 audit staff) I created the data analytics (DA) strategy and implemented the DA program. I built infrastructure on Alteryx Server and Microsoft Azure, connecting to 50+ enterprise applications, including SAP. I architected the data repository for self-service use by audit analytics specialists. I facilitated Alteryx & PowerBI training/working sessions to improve data literacy and tool competency for all audit staff. I led a team of 6 audit analytics experts by facilitating weekly meetings to collaborate on data governance, standardized practices and sharing audit analytics insights. I presented on data analytics updates during the audit staff quarterly all-hands meeting.At Columbia University ($5+ Billion in Revenue/yr and 17 audit staff) I implemented the Data Analytics Program with ACL server, scheduling 50+ scripts for timely assurance. This included a P-Card fraud prediction script utilizing machine learning with R, ACL, SQL and PowerBI. I automated KPI\'s and test work all executed during the audit project planning stage. This saves Columbia University hundreds of thousands in personnel time saved, by eliminating client data requests and reducing auditor time spent performing manual work.At B&H Photo ($2+ Billion in revenue/yr and 4 audit staff) I created hundreds of analytics monitoring for anomaly activities. Through these analytics, I was able to identify a business process improvement, saving the company $1 million in lost revenue from damaged goods. In addition, these analytics helped to identify multiple instances of fraud which over some years would have accumulated into the hundreds of thousands annually, if never caught. At ViaSat,(a $1 Billion revenue/yr public company) I was the highest ranking person in Internal Audit. I grew the department from 2 to 6 individuals. I met with the Audit Committee of the BOD and quarterly with the CFO. I implemented new projects including; fraud audits, fraud investigations, FCPA audits, PCI audits, PII audits, FAR/CAS audits, DCAA readiness audits, ethics program, and integrated SOX for a $500 million acquisition.Prior to ViaSat, I was the highest ranking person in Financial Reporting at Websense Inc, a $300 million/yr security software public company. I managed the SEC filing of 10-K\'s and 10-Q\'s. I managed the worldwide SOX program for 3 years. I administered the ERP system (Great Plains).
