Responsible for day to day operations and strategy of approximately $360 million annual business including metal fabrication, machining, polishing, coatings, assembly and shipping functions for approximately 350 operational reports and 9 direct reports across multiple shifts- Utilized and trained team to use continuous improvement and problem-solving tools to improve lean culture through facility- Along with the EHS team, changed safety culture of organization in first year from 14 recordables in 2017 to 1 recordable in 2018- Led business during largest annual growth of over 11.2% annual revenue in 2018- Align resources to exceed productivity and leverage requirements on all targets during 2018- Worked with reporting supervisors to implement and utilize Basic Problem Solving, BPS, tools and structure- Assisted in leading facility through pandemic (2020) with change management tools and process changes as required to maintain a safe and productive work environment- Knowledgeable in labor organization activities with proven ability to lead and deter organizational efforts- Updated assembly production process with new technology to improve the quality of product, reduce training time, and improve the overall efficiency of the assembly process- Capital investment and implementation of new anodizing coating process to reduce supply chain and overall business risk.
