Over 24 years of very successful (6 President\'s Club winner and numerous other awards) Long-Term Care, Hospital, CNS,Substance Abuse, Gastroenterology and Rare Disease sales experience that encompasses being highly capable at aligning physicians, staffs, pharmacies and payer sources together to influence formulary acceptance, increase market share and widen my prescriber base. Very effective, nation\'s #1 twice, at launching new products by quickly creating, following and simplifying marketing strategies that incorporates the process of prescriber demand, advocacy, staff training and a protocol put in to place that streamlines the ordering and use of my products. I have successfully overcome the many payer and formulary challenges to consistently produce at the highest levels and in a variety of markets. Selected as a Field Sales Trainer for several years, I helped train and improve other hospital/institutional reps throughout the Southeast.
