Currently Vice President of Operations - BioProduction Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In his current role, he has global responsibility for providing operational leadership and strategic direction for the BioProduction Group\'s Operations and Supply Chain. He provides operational leadership and support to BPG\'s three Divisions and corresponding diverse operational footprint. He has scaled the BioProduction over the years to successfully meet the growing demand of this exciting business and exceed the expectations of the many stakeholders. He drove revenue, productivity, and quality by collaborating with all levels of staff, internal and external customer, and senior leadership to develop and implement solid and sustainable process. Worked cross-functionally to identify performance shortfalls and worked diligently to implement innovative strategies to resolve issues as they arose during the pandemic. Accelerated expansion projects of $650M+ to deploy industry disruptive manufacturing technology into 5 global sites.
