   Cedric is an Accounting & Reporting Advisory Senior in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Houston office. He is currently operating within Deloitte’s Energy Trading & Markets (ETM) group. In his current capacity, he works with clients on strategy, operations and technology, business process and controls, regulatory compliance, market and credit risk, valuation and quantitative services, and derivative and operational accounting and reporting. Deloitte’s Energy Trading & Markets (ETM) group helps organizations address a wide range of issues around their financial reporting requirements including enterprise and regulatory compliance matters, risk management, strategic planning, and change management projects across trading, risk control, finance, and internal audit operations. Working with multiple clients on FERC, NERC, CFTC, RTO/ISO, and state-level compliance issues in the wholesale and retail energy markets. This work often includes compliance program development, policy and procedure development, transaction surveillance program development, swap dealer readiness, assistance with responding to regulatory sanctions and directives, organizational transformation, compliance audits, and operating model development/implementation.
