Managing all regional HR Operations teams to ensure a consistent, qualitative and seamless delivery : regional teams are responsible for both Operations tasks (end-to-end employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire, benefits management, payroll, VISA, any administrative aspect and all employee files and reporting documentation)- Driving HR Operations excellence globally by providing global People policies and processes that will simplify HR regional teams lives, and contribute to a unified and top-notch employee experience- Implementation of Workday (HCM approx 5500 EEs) to deploy all Workday modules for all our HR CoEs (Learning, recruiting, bonus & annual merit process, reporting, IT access management)- Management of 15 people, mainly based in Paris but also localy based (Factory for ex)- Strong international context on this strategic project, HRIS change has been done from a Global Otis WHQ perspective- Implementation of Docusign to digitalize electronic signatures for all HR documents produced by teh HR Ops team Otis- Outsourcing of medical visits to an adapted company (Handishare) with strong No Show decrease- Implementation of Service Snow for the HR Ops team as the first step of the set up of our Shared Services Center for HR Ops- Employee Master Data Adminsitration and transaction Management- Responsible for France HR Ops Roadmap and HRIS Technology Road Map in partnership with WHQ HR Tech- Execution and implementation or HR Systems configuration and enhancements on both Workday (HCM) and ADP GXP (Payroll)
