CONTEXT: PROVIDE HSEQ SUPPORT TO BRAZILIAN PROJECT ENSURING ALIGNMENT TO GPC & AP PROJECTS WAYS OF WORKING FOR BILLION USD PROJECTS • Mentor, guide and give support to the Project HSE and Project Quality managers (Bacalhau, Mero 3 and Buzios 8 projects), • Define resource allocation for projects and during tender phase (Mero 3, Mero 4, Buzios 6, 7 and 8), • Recruit HSE and Quality teams for the Brazilian projects with the support of the Brazil HSEQ department, • Interface with Projects’ functions to provide HSEQ inputs and support needs, • Review Incident investigations and Non-conformities for proper close out and implementation of corrective measures. Review Cost of Loss cases and define corrective actions, • Carry out Management visits in Project worksites (Fabrication yards, spoolbase, suppliers). Liaise with Project Directors and package managers to define leadership actions with the main suppliers focussing on HSE and Quality.
