I am a Senior Manager, Product Management at Amazon, with over 20 years of experience in global operations and supply chain management. I hold certifications from APICS, ASQ, and SME, and have a background in Industrial Technology and Lean Manufacturing.My current role involves designing and developing cross-border transportation solutions and technologies for Global Mile Logistics, connecting the world\'s high-traffic manufacturing hubs to Amazon\'s distribution and fulfillment networks. I lead a team that focuses on launching Global Crossdocks (GXD) in strategic locations, optimizing routing and capacity planning, and driving adoption and service levels for our selling partners. Previously, I was responsible for the inbound planning and capacity of the US Inbound Crossdock (IXD) network, where I launched five sites, increased the annual inbound capacity from 2.4B to 7.8B units, and improved local in-stock in support of free 1-day shipping. Before joining Amazon, I was a Master Black Belt at Caterpillar, leading improvement projects with a total value proposition exceeding $40 million.I am passionate about delivering value to customers and stakeholders by leveraging data, technology, and innovation.
