Cathleen Hughes is a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Kroll, LLC, based in Chicago. Prior to joining Kroll, Cathleen worked at Bank of Montreal, providing debt, treasury, capital markets and derivative solutions to privately-owned and sponsor-owned middle market companies. Cathleen received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics from Marquette University. She is a FINRA registered representative and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
