I manage a travel budget around in total.The goal is on one hand, to develop the partnership/a relationship with my customers by working with them on their specific projects such as implementation of an Online Booking Tool, Expense tool, Consolidation, Travel policy, Security tool, Virtual Payment Automation, Air/Hotel/Car rental Programs. and on the other hand, to optimize their travel budget, to uniformize as much as possible the processes (booking, invoicing, payment.), to negotiate better deals with the major suppliers (Air, Rail, Hotel, Car Rental), to advise my customers on savings opportunities, behaviour, opportunities, security, reporting.
