ABOUT CATHERINE SRECKOVICH
Catherine works with federal and state agencies to create and implement innovative approaches to designing and paying for healthcare services. With more than 30 years of experience, she has worked with Federal Government payers such as CMS, TRICARE and the Veterans Health Administration; State Payers such as Medicaid, Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities; and health plans, including Blues plans, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans. Catherine is currently helping clients with the development and implementation of new payment models, including patient centered medical homes, health homes and accountable care organizations. She is working to help achieve behavioral and physical health integration in the healthcare delivery system. Catherine also has extensive experience in health insurance payment disputes (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, TRICARE). She has provided expert testimony in arbitration, state and federal courts related to healthcare financing, managed care contracting policies and standards, and addressing issues of class certification.
