Launched the Minimum Wage Digital Repository for the Asia-Pacific during the “High-level regional dialogue on living wage under the Global Coalition for Social Justice”, September 2025.• Developed a SQL database, frontend/backend development to build a minimum wage database according to ILO methodology. • Acted as regional focal point for minimum wage data in the Asia–Pacific, supporting the collection, validation, interpretation and use of country-level wage indicators in coordination with ILO specialists and tripartite constituents.• Conducted quantitative analysis of minimum wage data for selected Indian states, contributing technical inputs to the Global Wage Report and related analytical and policy-oriented outputs.• Drafted policy briefs and analytical reports in close collaboration with international teams and tripartite stakeholders, translating complex quantitative findings into actionable insights for policy dialogue and programme-related work.• Designed and delivered six capacity-building workshops with tripartite national stakeholders (government, employers’ and workers’ organizations), strengthening institutional understanding and use of wage data, methodologies and evidence in policy and social dialogue processes.• Provided technical analytical support to ILO-led expert and policy discussions on minimum wages and living wages by preparing background research, comparative analysis and evidence syntheses aligned with ILO methodologies and standards.
