I work at the intersection of enterprise AI/automation, strategy execution, and human-centered change. My through-line: build systems and programs that help ambitious organizations and leaders actually follow through, at scale.Over the past decade at Booz Allen, WorkBoard, and Redwood Software, I’ve designed and led cloud, workload-automation, and cybersecurity programs that drive ARR, adoption, and faster time-to-value across large customer portfolios. I’ve owned multi-million-dollar deployments end-to-end, designed activation playbooks and certification programs, and built champion communities that empowered thousands of people to adopt new tools and ways of working with a focus on realizing real value through behavior change, not \"feature usage.\"Outside of my day job, I run Do North, where I coach founders and operators on strategic focus, antifragility, and integrated leadership. I also design and lead men’s leadership programs that blend performance science, psychology, and embodiment to help men become the male role models they never had. That side of my work keeps me grounded in the fact that every “transformation” is ultimately about real humans changing real behavior—not just better numbers on a dashboard.I’m most energized when I can combine all of this: enterprise-grade rigor + AI and automation + deep respect for how people actually think, behave, and navigate change. I can look you in the eyes, and listen deeply to what you\'re saying and not saying. And, I can zoom out to design ecosystem-scale activation of change agent networks to help \"hub\" orgs (VCs, PEs, Partner orgs) turn technology outcomes into durable, compounding leverage for the businesses and communities they touch.
