About Aaron Cartterfield
Goal: Dynamic position balancing management and field work in an alternative energy company, with opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement.Working in a large corporate environment taught me a lot about process, efficiency and quality. I have been able apply these new skills to the company I work for now. Maine Solar Solutions is a ten year old company with thirty full time employees. We install primarily grid-tied PV electric systems paired with Tesla Powerwalls. The company is developing an off-grid design and installation niche and finding success.Working for a small company has expanded my understanding of the many different skill sets required to run a business. Finding strengths that I didn\'t know I had. I hope to grow Maine Solar Solutions as a company in the years to come and realize our potential in a new and expanding market.
