I’ve been shaped by those rooms, lifted by them, and at times hurt by them. I’ve been both the victim and the perpetrator inside systems that needed changing.Old Salt Co-Op is pushing back against all of that. Resisting the big commodity machine. Building something rooted, honest, and actually worth giving a damn about. And now I get to lead the restaurant side of that revolution!
