ABOUT CAROLINE DEMPSEY

I am an experienced and entrepreneurial marketing and general management professional, with a track record of leading high performing teams across a diverse range of industries including technology, financial services, travel and telecommunications. I have worked in several Asia Pacific markets for large global brands including Visa, AOL and Nestle, building brands, leading digital transformation and leveraging international and local sponsorship properties including Olympics, FIFA, NRL and AFL. I have experience across start-ups, agencies and in my own consultancy business. In my corporate roles I have contributed to local, regional and global leadership teams, engaging with other functional leaders to take a whole of business approach to drive optimal outcomes. I am an influential and collaborative leader, who enjoys blending the art and science of marketing to drive business performance via insightful analytics, differentiated strategy and engaging, customer centric communication. I believe in the power of data driven marketing combined with powerful creative to build emotionally connected brands that matter. I enjoy continual learning and immersing myself in new, transformative technologies. I hold a US patent and am excited by the opportunities to embrace technology innovation to change businesses, change communities and change lives. I am an active participant in driving more diversity and inclusion in workplaces and love to support people to realise their full potential, which in turn drives positive business & social outcomes. I am a devoted mother of one, and when not working I love to travel, be mesmerised by great theatre and continue my passion for lots of different sports, including being a rugby league coach and a tragic Penrith Panthers\' supporter.
