Carmen Berkley Anderson is an award winning strategist, author, and creator of leadership and culture frameworks who has spent two decades proving that care and strategy belong together. As Vice President of Strategy and Impact at Inatai Foundation, she helps move a 50-Year Vision for racial justice and equity across Washington state. She serves on the board of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, the Groundswell Action Fund Board, and Sephora\'s equity advisory.
