Carmen Berkley Anderson is an award winning strategist, author, and creator of leadership and culture frameworks who has spent two decades proving that care and strategy belong together. As Vice President of Strategy and Impact at Inatai Foundation, she helps move a 50-Year Vision for racial justice and equity across Washington state. A creative entrepreneur at heart, she is the co-founder of Can\'t Stop Won\'t Stop Consulting and leads CB Strategies, working with foundations, companies, and movement leaders on culture, strategy, convening and building spaces where people do their best work. She serves on the board of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, the Groundswell Action Fund Board, and Sephora\'s equity advisory. She is the bestselling co-author of The Empath Leader, and the creator of the Care Bear Model of Leadership, built on one conviction: care is strategy. Carmen is a proud founding member of BYP100 and a veteran of the AFL-CIO, NAACP, Planned Parenthood Action Fund and the United States Students Association.
