Ms. Taylor brings decades of experience in driving organizational success and is focused on delivering meaningful impact to employees, clients, agents, and partners worldwide. Prior to becoming Sirva’s CEO, Ms. Taylor was a senior executive with FTI Consulting for over 22 years. Most recently, Ms. Taylor served as the Chief Growth Officer and the Global Co-Leader of the Corporate Finance segment, where she led the Business Transformation and Transactions practices globally. Ms. Taylor was a member of FTI Consulting’s global Executive Committee and Chairperson of FTI Capital Advisors, the firm’s investment banking subsidiary. Ms. Taylor led the launch of FTI Consulting’s Business Transformation practice within CF, growing revenues 15-25% per year and creating a global practice in a wide range of functions and industries.As the former Industry leader for FTI, she built over 20 industry specialties at the firm and personally worked with clients in Telecom, Media and Technology (“TMT”), Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, and Industrials.In the mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) arena, Ms. Taylor advised on all aspects of transactions across the deal continuum involving both healthy and financially distressed targets for diverse client interests, ranging from buyers and sellers to financing sources and private equity investors. Ms. Taylor has served on five corporate boards, including one current director position on a public company: Hain Celestial Group (NYSE ticket HAIN), a global organic and natural food and personal care products company. On Hain Celestial Group, she is on the Strategy and Audit committees. She is a certified corporate director by NACD.Ms. Taylor joined FTI Consulting with the acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ BRS group in 2002. Ms. Taylor holds a B.S. and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California, where she graduated as valedictorian. Ms. Taylor is also a CPA, an ABV, and was a registered general securities principal with FINRA.
