ABOUT CARLY HALPIN

Hey there. I’m happy you’re here. Who am I? You read my headline: I’m a Legal Recruiter, Career Consultant, and Former Big Law Lawyer. But like you, I’m a lot more than that…like, I’m a yoga teacher, a dog mom, I’m a marathon runner, I’m a hardcore metal fan, I’m addicted to tattoos, I’m an avid reader, I’m a record collector, I’m no one without my morning coffee, I’m a transplant to Colorado, I’m a regular crier at any & all puppy adoption videos, I’m a cyclist, I’m an advocate for mental health (because like so many of us, I’ve struggled with mine), I’m fiercely loyal, and I’m a forever student. My decision to leave the practice of law was really not an easy one or one I took lightly. I went in to law because I love helping people & being an advocate for others. Seeing others succeed is truly one of my most favorite things. But for a long time my practice wasn’t bringing me the fulfillment I had hoped. It took a lot of self-reflection and a lot of leaning on my support system to realize that practicing law wasn’t the way I was supposed to help people. Connecting with incredible attorneys and professionals, aiding them and guiding them through the awesomely terrifying journey of jumping to the next opportunity was my calling. So, HERE I AM! I’m here to help you. Not sell you. I’m a guide and a consultant on your career journey. As a former Big Law Lawyer, I know that navigating your career is not an easy one. Change can be really scary BUT embracing that fear leads to incredible growth and life changing opportunities.
