Business Analysis And Consulting: • Lead weekly client sessions to do requirements gathering and prioritization, discuss next steps, and present solutions, enhancements, and documentation around them. • Develop personas, user stories, business process mapping, risk management, PoC, and UAT. • Create end-user training and documentation, and lead training sessions and workshops to ensure user adoption and knowledge exchange with clients. Salesforce Administration • Time management and teamwork - Work as part of a 3-person team on a consulting project, using agile methodologies to successfully implement solutions for 60+ requirements for a client before the deadline. • Participate in daily stand-up meetings to update the team on work being done and potential roadblocks. • Build / configure solutions, and did troubleshooting to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. • User / Security Management - Create and maintain configuration of security models (users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings) ensuring only access to relevant data. • User interface customizations - Build lightning and page layouts to facilitate user management. • Automation - Design and configure data integrations and automations including elements such as flows, email templates and drips, alerts, notifications, record updates, paths, validation rules, assignment rules, and escalation rules, among others, to solution for business needs. • Data Management - Import and export data while ensuring transfer fidelity through validation rules. • Reports & Dashboards - Create visual dashboards and reports to help teams and users analyze key data within Salesforce.
