Our role as central FP & A team is to consolidate Iberia paper mill results and forecasts, supporting each of the mills and giving insigh to the operations and also to the management.Main roles and responsibilities- Closing supporting and P&L review and analysis- Actuals deviation analysis and reporting- Budgeting and rolling forecast support: these processes are managed from the mill, so as as central team we consolidate and analyse group assumptions and help mill controllers to translate them into the business- Performance monitoring: tracking of financial and operational KPIs and variance analysis- Strategic planning: giving insight to the business based on products and clients margin analysis- Inventory valuation: calculation of direct and industrial cost to give the FG stock valuation- Working Capital and Capex investment follow up and forecasting.Since October 2024 I am supporting our Dueñas paper mill as Finance Business Partner since our mill controller is in a medical leave. The roles and responsibilites include- Monthly closing- P&L review and deviation analysis- Operational KPI analysis and review- Reporting monthly results: EBITDA, direct cost consumption, conversion costs, working capital and KPIs- Balance Sheet review, including AR, AP, investments and IFRS16- Budgeting and Rolling forecast estimation, including variance analysis reporting.
