I lead Capgemini\'s Energy Retail and Central Markets activity in the UK, driving the sustainability agenda with consulting and technology solutions. I am passionate about partnering with clients and developing talent to deliver propositions and innovation which will accelerate and the energy transition and deliver realisable value.With over 30 years’ working in roles such as line director, global account executive and client transformation leader for blue chip clients, I bring a broad experience to my work from utilities clients through to finance and manufacturing experience.My experience within IT solutions is supplemented by a detailed knowledge of the outsourcing market and management of key IT, consulting and BPO services - developing and applying solutions to major business issues with managed risk and ongoing performance improvement. Many of the solutions have been ‘heart of the industry’ business critical systems.
