Shape the organizational vision and strategy, short- and long-term planning, and cross-functional initiatives, lending a strategic, financial, and sustainability to the Company; • Lead financial strategy and decision making; • Cultivate strong working relationships with leadership, board members; • Oversee the company’s financial activity, including budgeting (annual budget and five-year mid-term plan), reporting, and auditing, to guarantee accuracy and compliance of accounting and reporting in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and city, state, and federal government regulations; • Represent organization to external auditors, financial institutions, and taxing authorities; • Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the CEO, the executive team, and the boards as well as to key external stakeholders; • Oversees the investment development activities which includes monitoring the Company’s investment envelope, validating and managing business cases and return on investment; • Optimizing cash management; • Support M&A execution and integration activities.
