I manage strategic partnerships across Europe for DHL eCommerce, working with key postal and logistics operators including bpost, Bring, Post Luxembourg, Posti, SmartPosti, and Poste Italiane.My main focus in recent years has been the collaboration with Poste Italiane, a project I’ve led from the start. Together, we’ve developed a cross-border delivery network that connects Italy with the rest of Europe, enabling smooth parcel flows both outbound (from Italy) and inbound (to Italy) from key European markets. This collaboration also led to the launch of Locker Italia, a new national network of parcel lockers supporting e-commerce delivery and returns.My work involves:• Coordinating multi-country teams and priorities• Navigating technical, commercial, and operational challenges• Aligning priorities and tasks between DHL eCommerce and external partners
