Throughout the implementation process I work with 19 Target store districts (190+ Target Stores), where I educate our store partners on execution of strategies in order to fill our Internship and full-time roles within Target store locations. In my current role I have been able to first hand evolve our Target internships, exceed partnership expectations, and lead through Target\'s principles.
