A member of the grid delivery SLT, my role includes leading a team of 19 people (nine direct reports) which has responsibility for the:1. programme management of grid investments across all asset portfolios, including major capital projects and new customer connections ~$400m/year;2. planning of all grid works executed by Transpower\'s service providers; and3. scheduling and work order management for all maintenance activities on Transpower\'s grid.
