ABOUT CALEB SCHAACK
I like building things that make businesses run better. Most of the work I’ve done so far has been about tightening systems, improving processes, and helping teams make clearer decisions with better data. I’m usually most useful when I can take ownership of a messy problem, break it down, and build something practical that actually works.A few examples:• Increased margins in a small business from 60% to 81% after acquisition by redesigning pricing and cost structure• Grew total profit $26K+ while expanding the customer base 300% through targeted outreach and operational improvements• Identified high-value customer segments from a dataset of institutions, improving targeting and decision accuracy• Built AI-driven research workflows that reduced project analysis time by 75%I’m currently a student at the BYU Marriott School of Business, interested in strategy, operations, and projects where clear thinking and strong execution actually matter.Outside of work you’ll usually find me lifting, camping, playing tennis, watching the Dallas Mavericks, or working on music and guitar.Let\'s connect!
