Sales Region: Europe, Asia, Australia, Design, Pricing & Operation Management-Designing tailor made products with heat exchanger software-Collaborating with R&D and Production teams to make solutions for special customer needs-Arranging meetings with related departments before production of tailor made designs (ex: ProjectManagement Department, Production Department etc.)-Pricing of designed products using material and labor costs, considering aimed profit, customer region,product range etc-Product Range;Dry CoolersLTHT Radiators Heating & Cooling Coils Turbine Air Inlet Cooling / Heating Coils Refrigeration Units; Evaporator & Condenser-Negotiation about offered price with customer’s Purchasing Department-Working with Planning Department to provide best lead time and overall production plan consideringproduction efficiency and deadline of the project-Observing and tracing overall production processes till the end of goods delivery-During these steps, being the contact person of the Friterm team with customer’s technical team,purchasing department and related business departments-Keeping in touch with customer for quality related issues and coordinating after sales services of servedgoodsCustomer Acquisition and Relationship Management-Taking responsibilities about exhibition stand designs with 3rd parties and products to be presented in stands-Performing quarterly visits to potential and existing customers
